What We Collect

From you (the subscriber): Your email address for authentication and communication about your subscription.

About your contacts: First name, last name, city, state, and optionally email address and phone number. This information is provided by you, not by the contacts themselves. We use this data to deliver balanced, evidence-based content to these individuals.

How We Use Your Data

Subscriber data is used for authentication, subscription management, and communication. Contact data is used to deliver content through social media platforms. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as needed to provide the service (payment processing via Stripe, content delivery via social media platforms).

Data Retention

If you cancel your subscription, your contact data is preserved for 90 days in case you resubscribe. After 90 days, contact data is permanently deleted. You will be notified via email before deletion occurs.

Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your data at any time through your dashboard. You may also request deletion of all your data by contacting us. Under CCPA and GDPR, you have the right to know what data we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of data sharing.

Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for data storage and authentication, and Meta (Facebook) for content delivery and advertising analytics. Each service has its own privacy policy.
