FactsRx is a subscription service that delivers balanced, evidence-based content to individuals specified by the subscriber. The service is designed to promote exposure to diverse perspectives through social media channels.

Subscription

Your subscription is $9.99 per month, billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use FactsRx only for its intended purpose: promoting balanced perspectives through evidence-based content delivery. You may not use the service to harass, stalk, or target individuals with harmful content. You represent that you have a genuine personal relationship with the individuals you add as contacts.

Limitation of Liability

FactsRx provides content delivery as-is. We do not guarantee any change in the beliefs, attitudes, or behaviors of targeted individuals. We are not responsible for any interpersonal consequences arising from the use of our service.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
